had come out years ago. Davis should have provided it to the university. All of this would have been over years ago. Bernie fired, Davis and others compensated. Then we wouldn't have to deal with this in the glare of the Penn State case.
ESPN had this tape. Why didn't they provide this tape to SPD? Or the university? Wasn't Joe Pa taken to task (and fired) for making the legal choice and not the moral one? How is ESPN's lack of action any different?

It could have come up during the 2003 championship season. Imagine if history was rewritten and due to the distraction, Cuse never won the national championship. Wow.

However, I still can't figure out why Davis or ESPN sat on the tape for as long as he did. Maybe it never would have even come out ever if not for Sandusky. I'm sure ESPN and others dusted off their files to see what else was out there.
