I'd prefer Notre Dame but I really think we're firing on all cylinders right now. We're ready as we have been. I actually have more confidence in this game than I did vs Michigan a few years ago.

This team just refuses to lose and that's what reminds me of 2003 too. They are going to leave limbs on the floor if needed.

Roberson jumping and diving all over the floor, Cooney looking like he's going to pass out, DC and Lydon holding down the middle better than they have all year, Mali not giving up, and G just being smooth and playing well in every other aspect of the game even when his shot isn't going down. Unforgettable tournament no matter what happens going forward.

It had felt like 1996 to me but you're right - after beating a one seed (with one more ahead of us) this does feel like 2003.

That 2003 team seemed much more defined in terms of roles - right down to Jeremy McNeil as the fly swatter under the basket when we went to the press. This team is a lot more versatile... I think... but really I just want two more wins in 2016
