Idea for TE coach

Currently I don't see anyone on staff coaching TE's except Schmidt (OL). Beck has a great reputation with TE's but he coaches QB's and has his hands full as OC. I'd love to see them pick up a guy like this and elevate the TE position.

He's a northeast guy, so I guess that's good.
But I don't get the foremost coaches of TEs in all of college football. His only time as a college TE coach was 2 seasons at ND, where it's probably easy to look like a great TE coach.

Well, except for the 3 or 4 that we have on the roster. It would be nice to see them used this year as a positive part of the offense.
That was going to be my question - who would he coach? Mang?

I see Mang and Mahar. Who would basically be situational 6th olffensive linemen.
I don't know what Villari is, but I assumed similar to Gadsden. Which isnt really a TE.
