Was just messing around with ideal numbers. Thoughts?

QB: 4, RB: 5, WR: 15, TE: 3

OL: 15, DE: 7, DT: 7

LB: 10, CB: 9, S: 7

K: 1, P: 1, LS: 1

Ideal scholarship numbers 85 for state schools and 90 for private schools. Increase walkons to 25. My edit for your breakdown limited to D: DE 8, DT 7, OLB 7, ILB 4 CB 8 S 8 Defense 42 total.

On a yearly basis I would want at least 1 kid at each position every year. Overall I would want a 3 deep at each position, plus 1 kid redshirting.

5 QB need an extra since no one can be moved here if you get an injury
5 RB hard to move people here if you get an injury but easy to move from RB to another position
7 Outside WRs
4 Inside WRs
4 TE
4 C
7 G
7 T
7 DE
7 DT
4 MLB
7 OLB
7 CB
7 S
3 K/P no need for a RS spot here


Long snapper I would have two preferred walk ons. Also I would try to find kids who can fill a need above and long snap. Although that seems to be rare these days.
