The NCAA is a joke with this Penn State ruling. I mean when the dust settles Miami will get a worse punishment than Penn State will have suffered. Miami lost 2 post season bowl seasons, including the 2012 ACC title game, and they will still have scholarship reductions. While Penn State will only have tr same 2 year ban, but all their scholarships will be reinstated.
If I am the ACC or Miami(Fl) I demand my scholarships back now

It makes me nervous that the two schools hit the hardest - USC and Miami are both private schools. Neither school received any compromise. I'm pretty confident that if SU were in the same situation they wouldn't reduce any sanctions for us either...

Which is why the NCAA and their completely subjective, situational enforcement of the rules is a joke. Zero consistency, zero teeth, zero resolve, zero character on the part of the NCAA. As a governing body, they are completely irrelevant and obsolete.
