i assume that they knew this was coming. it is way to ironic with the timing of kissel.

not 100% what the rules are, but i would be pretty surprised if it isnt a timing thing with the start of the semester.

It always seems like it's better for the school to be pro-active than reactive when it comes to these types of things.
