Would Marrone consider coming back? Gross is gone, new admin members coming in, new practice facility to use? I dont think its out of the question

Yes let's bring back Marrone who hates recruiting, barely tolerates the fanbase, alienated alumni left and right. Has anyone noticed how virtually no former players of his here or elsewhere made any attempt to defend the guy after he started to get piled on? Kevin Mawae barely counts, DM was a young position coach of his at the time. Much different than Doug of the last 4-5 years. I am grateful for the job he did removing the stench of GROB but no way.

Marrone not letting some former players around the kids wasn't necessarily a bad thing. That being said, I certainly don't agree with the philosophy as a whole, can't punish the good for the bads deeds.

Furthermore, this season would have to be an absolute disaster in order for a coaching change to be made.

Townie72 - Can you please do a refresher on the proper way to start/phrase a thread?

Well. I didn't follow my own rule, did I?

As they say in Korea, "Mi an hamnida."

I was guilty of having a cross conversation with Bayside.

What I did not do was to interpret the OP in a way that could allow me to pontificate on what I wanted to talk about. (Or what I wish the conversation was about.)

Details. Depends on what happens but Marrone ain't coming back for sure.

Sure and while we are at it lets hope that he hires Grob as he DC

Can't mention Robinson in same sentence as Marrone.

No comparison.

Is bring Marrone back in a heartbeat.
