Will do. In the meantime, Mrs. Nycfan just found this video of the famous "surf" on YouTube. You can see her at the 52 second mark. Then at the 1:55 mark you can see the "song request" signs she made, which you saw pre-concert (white with a green border). So with the help of the signs as a reference point, just watch her arms...
