I would take Baye's motor and put it in Rak. I would love to see him give it his all 100% of the time. This, coupled with his new found baby hook would make this team much better.

If you qualify the question in terms of which player/attribute would best help the team win I would go with Grant's outside shot consistency. In terms of helping an individual player maximize their NBA draft and potential, I would say CJ's 3-point shooting percentage.

Hands to Keita. Having him be an offensive threat would be a welcome addition and making Syracuse unstoppable on offense. Defenses wouldn't be able to double anyone.
