2. Cincy

Pros:  Would jump in a heartbeat, helps ND and Louisville geographically, big research university, VG sports facilities, AD somewhat familiar with the ACC, rivalries with several existing teams, will travel well to most ACC schools (geographic nearness or diaspora), fans are usually well behaved

Cons: Pro sports market, brand is decent but not as good as WV, some academic concerns, overcoming commuter school rap

3. UCF

Pros: Would jump in a heartbeat, huge school, increasing their brand, overtaken USF in sports, equidistant to FSU and Miami, supports FB, big metro with no NFL, easy to fly too, get Citrus Bowl?

Cons: overcoming commuter school image, academics improving but not up to ACC standards, new money and new fans,  basketball support is weak (Orlando Magic is competition), will they support a losing football team?, FSU and Miami will feel threatened.

Temple not considered...they can't even get a stadium built.

UConn not considered I kinda like to keep Clemson and FSU in the league.
