I had it come and go with Opera and Firefox, running Windows 7.
But that direct link always seemed to work. Either way, much appreciated.
If we have that direct link handy, everyone should be good to go.

I lost the chat bar on Safari, both iPad and iPhone. Not even the separate link would work. A window would open up but I only got and error message.
