It's pretty obvious why she didn't win the case after seeing her lawyer fall apart in that presser today...

This crap is all about a civil suit against JW and drumming the foundation for that now. The SOL for her to file a case against Jameis Winston is December 2016. Jameis Winston has no money now, but will be eligible for the 2015 NFL draft. This crap is all about laying the foundation for that case that she is a victim and ringing a bell that can't be unrung if she gets any sympathy. If JW goes to the NFL before Dec. 2016 he will face a civil lawsuit from this complaining witness. The woman is not a victim in the eyes of the court she is the complaining witness and until it is proven Jameis Winston committed a crime she isn't the victim till that happens.
