I think that we can judge him by how he acts this off season, and the performance of any assistant coaches brought on last off season (i think that there was one guy, but I can't remember who). I can't hold anything else against him.

Now, with that said, there better be some big changes this off season, and that better lead to a noticeable improvement next year. We don't have to be "there," but I do want to see a clear foundation for us to build on. After that, I would hold every season forward against HCSS as there is no excuse beyond that point.
