Most fans have never seen the inside of a rulebook, and the ones that have generally were researching some one thing or another they were bugged about. And both the NBA and NCAA have announcers who talk rules all the time, and they know bupkis about them. But hey, they're getting paid to talk on TV, so they [I]must[/I] be right!
