As you watch the tournament each year there are always players that you haven't had the opportunity to see play over the course of the season and when you do see them play their play is captivating and you can clearly see that their team's success is clearly hitched to their star. Walkup is one of those players. The Lumberjacks will be the Cinderella team of the tournament ( since MTSU will no longer be in the picture after tonight) The kid really has that special "it" that inspires those around him and makes a difference in his team.

He could easily play in the ACC won that conference POY 3 years in a row. He's really an undersized three so that's prob why he didn't get a high major offer.

He is really good, that play he just made on the sideline was incredible.

Pretty blatant offensive foul before that amazing "trick" to get fouled. Announcers provide zero commentary they're so in love. lolol

The kid just does everything really well. It's impressive. And he seems to be a great leader that makes the plays his team needs.

Well that really sucked. Found myself really pulling for SFA,
Silver lining is... One more ACC team in the sweet 16! Can there be any doubt as to which conference is the best in the land? I think NOT!

Should've fouled Auguste. Looked like they may have tried doing so, too.

Agree. SFA didn't deserve to lose that game. I'm happy for the ACC, though. Never thought I'd say that, but it's good for the league. I still hate that Basketball had to leave the Big East, but I'm slowly starting to assimilate.

That one kid for SFA hadn't missed a shot in about 15 minutes...might have been better to have been going to him a bit more down the stretch instead of Walkup.

Can't think of his name, hit a couple threes, couple jumpers...

More $$$ for ACC (and SU) I guess. But feel bad for SFA. ND has football, they don't need the win.

I wasn't pulling for the underdog.

In about 2 hours it's gonna be us versus the underdog. I'm in no mood to want good things for the underdog today.

If Walkup was a baseball player, I wonder what his walkup music would be?

Sfa coach should not have made walkup the pg down the stretch. Too much 1 on 1 hero ball

I kind of felt like that too - and he was stumbling about a lot. Again, think they could have gone to the other guy a bit more - he was on fire. He needed a heat check! lol
