He played poorly against Miami, had his worst game of the season, and got benched. Deservedly so, given how others played.

Today, he answered the bell and brought it on both sides of the floor. Kid responded to the challenge and produced in a big way against VT.

If he can hustle/rebound like that consistently, and avoid taking bad shots for the most part (I only counted 2 today), I think this is a tournament team.

Great game and great attitude! He was engaged from the start and looked like he was enjoying himself out there! Crazy how up and down he can be but man when he's on he's a game changer!

This is the guy we thought we were getting. Was super aggressive defensively and on the boards ...and under control on offense
