No point in saving their QB... if they lose this week, the season is essentially over. Like Fran said after Q1 in Tennessee, we need to weather the storm, relax, and play.  We need to do the same this week... keep this game even after Q1.  Keep it even after Q2.  If this game is tied headed into halftime, that stadium is going to be tense.  That will be the "have we really lost the elite status" moment for the fans and perhaps their team.  In fact, they might start thinking that Clemson is this year's 2024 FSU.
