1) Move the banner flipping after a win to the Dome.  Have a senior band member get the honors. Make it a BIG deal.
2) Light the Dome Orange only after a win. Have a senior player or captain get the honors. Again, make it a BIG  deal. Purchase billboards all over central New York that light up Orange after a win.
3) Have more of a buy in for the fans to make it the Loud House. Have signs that they have to touch as they enter that say "Cheer Like a Champion Today" or something similar.  Have the public address announcer hype it up.
4) Keep track of how many illegal procedures get caused by the noise. Offer a cheap Dome dog or something else for a certain number.
5) Orange outs only. But not only for fans at the game.  Encourage alumni and every one else to wear Orange on game day no matter where they are.
6) At the beginning of the year have a Orange out.  If we win then everyone adds another orange piece of clothing for the next game. Keep adding orange clothes until we lose.  Can you imagine when we go 6-0 to start a season how many New Yorkers would be decked out in Orange. Take pictures and post them to social media.

Except for the billboards, none of these would cost much. Let's Go Orange.
