Class of 2016 in state recruit adds Penn State to list of offers

according to recruiting sites and news out of State College, PA., Coach Franklin kept Aquinas sophomore QB Jake Zembiec after camp this past weekend and put him thru private throwing session then offered him scholarship. He was New York State Player of the Year last season as a soph.

Which is an NCAA violation.
