I think the (unborn) great-grandchildren of Indiana '76 can pop corks.

I don't see another undefeated NCAA team as long as almost all of the best players move on to the pros after 1 or 2 seasons.

I know what you mean. I get annoyed when the 72 Dolphins celebrate in the late season when undefeated NFL teams lose. I guess I can understand why it people wouldn't want to share such an accomplishment, but I think classier people wouldn't mind.
