Where: Fine Lot. Look for us along the East Raynor Ave side of the lot. If the lot is crowded with student parking, we will be located down along the back lot tree line (towards I-81) and E. Raynor Ave.

When: Advance Party arrive at 11:30 to 11:45 for set up. Official Start at Noon

Weather: Looks decent. Sunny, moderate wind, cool 55-65. Your classic shorts and T-shirt with Sweatshirt apparel for September. The Dome should be comfortable.

Fine Mess Folks we will be without Cuseregular and his grilling SVU machine for the next games. I can bring an "Aunt Bailey" to grill Coneys. I need someone with a bigger grill to handle the sausage and/or burgers.

I'm bringing about 10 pounds of Coneys (Hofmann's and Nathans) and a couple pounds of Downstate Sausage. Consider the meat covered this week by me. I'll also bring some Hofmann Mustard, Hot Dog Rolls, Soda, Pretzels and extras like plates, napkins, etc... Basically I'm going to try to empty my camp Freezer of stuff. I'll bring a Fine Mess Rolling Cooler w/ice.

TV: I'm also going to bring a marine battery, TV antenna, Converter. Will someone bring a smallish LCD/LED TV like 19-26"? Send me a PM to firm up on the TV. I'll bring my canopy weight plates.

Need: Canopy w/2 sidewalls, one extra grill, couple coolers w/ice, beer/soda and a few snacks/side dishes. I'd say go easy on the side dishes and chips. We always throw out most of it.

Expect a few Tulane fans to show up. This is an open invite to any board regular or lurker to attend. Just bring something to share or slip the grillmaster a few bucks.

Wagner Fans: An open invite for any of you to visit and have a beer and coney.

Tulane fans coming up a week early to scout. Now thats commitment

Ugh...was already thinking a week ahead. Scratch that...expect one drunk Wagner fan to be on campus. He may or may not visit us. Actually we might be surprised at how many Wagner fans we see in the Dome. I bet they are treating this as their Super Bowl. I put the over/under on Wagner Fans at 250.

Mark, see if someone has a cord to connect watchespn app to the tv because if you're going off the standard converter the only 2 games that you'll be able to show on the TV are Nebraska/UCLA on abc at Noon and Yanks/Redsox on fox at 1:00

Just talked to the old man, I passed along your number. He and his buddy should be there by 2 the latest.

Edit: Just saw this started at 12. I'll try to get him there earlier

I'll have a Computer, if I can get Wi-Fi I can make that happen. I'll throw in an HDMI cable.

Hey, Mark. I have a canopy with a sidewall , road trip grill and will bring a couple of coolers with some beer and soda.

Sounds great...see you at about 1145?

Bees or Tomcat can you pin this thread? Mark I have an update on this but just dont have the time for a long post right this second. Will update later this afternoon.

Mark a large contingent including Texan Mark, Tomcat, Lincolncuse, DCCuse and others sit in a specific spot where there is plenty of room. Jjust connect with them at the tailgate.

Thanks guys!

Show up at the tailgate...we should be along Raynor Ave edge of the Fine Lot. Just look for the largest tailgate.

I'll almost surely be stopping by with my wife and will slip the grillmaster some $$$

KingOttoIII has two tickets available. I don't think he wants any money...just contact me if you want them. I'd probably buy a Beer for him.

I think I've got at least one extra. Wagner + 0-2 start = difficulty getting the full group up there on Saturday.

I know this is looking ahead, but I've got 2 Clemson tix and parking pass that I can't use. If anyone knows someone who'd like them, PM me. I'll also be at the lot for the next two games wearing my gaudy tie dye that's easy to spot!

I'll be there - likely 6 of us. Bro-in-law just relocated from Baton Rouge via Knoxville and bought seasons. Need to confirm but he is threatening to bring his "Crazy Cajun" cooker and treating us to a large pot of authentic jambalaya. I'll bring a cooler and case of Sam Adams Octoberfest too. Should be there at noon. Parking in Stadium Lot and walking across.

I have a canopy - no sides. Let me know if you need it.

Sounds good. We don't need a canopy unless it is threatening to rain (not likely). Jambalaya YESSSSSSSSSSS! You can drive in the Fine Lot and drop off your supplies. We keep our Fine Lot Security Guys well fed and they let us bring in outside folks to drop off stuff. Call me when you are 15 mins out and I'll tell you where we are parked.

OK sorry for the delay in getting this post completed hopefully this wont be to long.

As Mark noted our #1 chef CuseRegular will be on leave for this game so we are going to need a group effort. I spoke with Lincolncuse and DCCuse this past weekend while we watched the NW game and each of us will bringing at least one major dish. As it stands now to go along with Mark's dogs and sausages we will be having cuban sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, burgers, pasta or a mac salad along with whatever DCCuse comes up with. I will also have a few other sides/deserts that I am working on.

For those who plan on attending and will be bringing food please try and list it here so we can get a count of exactly where we are at. Bees/Tomcat I know you usually come with different stuff so just post it here.

A few other quick notes:

As Mark noted we usually are in the upper corner of the Fine lot. However, due to the addition of the new dormitories space up top is cramped and last year it became impossible to hold everyone. At this point there really is only room for a smaller tailgate and Jerry/Joe's group has been using that spot for a long time so we have moved to the bottom. I will scout it out on Friday but I anticipate our best bet will be bottom right near the tree line.

For those who prefer not to bring food we usually recommend $5 bucks a head, just see myself or Mark. If your coming from a distance or just looking to bring something small Ice and beers are always a help. We also need a few bags of chips as I dont believe we have that lined up as of yet. As Mark noted we dont need a dozen bags so if someone wants to bring 2-3 that should suffice for everyone. If your coming to the tailgate and cant swing the $5 bucks for whatever reason just pull Mark or myself aside, we will take care of you.

In the past we have done $10 bucks a head for food and booze. However, due to the leadership of TexanMark our tailgates have become so popular that the size and scoop of the tailgate have made it almost imposible to have enough vareity and or volume to meet demand. As such I would highly recommend everyone BYOB if at all impossible. If you cant we certainly can handle a handful of people. Also dont worry about running out if you can only bring a sixer or 12 pack we usually have enough to share by that point.

If you have a canopy as Consiglier noted I would bring it just in case. Side panels aren't that big of a deal this early in the season and the weather looks good.

Lastly due to the new change in parking rules at the dome for West side parking, I recommend trying to get up to the tailgate at a reasonable time. If Syracuse plans on filling the Fine lot first (which I think is Likely). I don't anticipate there being much left within a few hours of game time and they will close the lot.

For any newbies please feel free to stop by, if you have any questions leave them here or PM myself or Mark.

I will be there, unusually early given the late starting time. If anyone has something specific I should bring, I am open to suggestions.

I echo what Jeremy said...I do want gocazcuz's canopy with sidewalls for the TV Room. We are going to try to get this going and have TV. For Tulane it won't be necessary as our game is a "noon30". Yes, I just coined that for our 12:30pm ACC kickoffs.
