Looking at the NCAA statistics for this season, the top 4 players in assist to turnover ratio are all from former Big East teams.
1. Eric Atkins - Notre Dame...6.67
2. James Robinson - Pitt......5.0
3. Tony Chennault - Nova......5.0
4. Tyler Ennis - SU.....4.89
While they all are averaging fewer than 1 turnover per game, I think Tyler Ennis is the only one among the bunch that is his team's primary ball handler. Neither Robinson or Atkins leads their respective team in assists per game and Chennault is only getting about 16 minutes per game.
