I know many here will say that the plan has been announced for a long time and its been plain as day and everyone has known it; but on the other hand, until the last six months or so I've always felt like its been more of an "idea" than a plan. Almost as if someone said, JB 2017-18 should be your last year, after that season you'll retire and Hop will take over and JB said "Yeah that sounds good, maybe we'll do it that way...I'll let you know."
