Interesting tidbit from the CBS article on the SU-Gtown series

Then Syracuse will host come 2016 and 2017, with Georgetown getting the fourth game back in its building.

With 2017 being JB's last year we honestly should work with the ACC and BE to get Georgetown to be the last home game for JB. The 15 team ACC would have no problem giving SU its bye that last weekend to schedule Georgetown in that spot. All we would need is the BE to help arrange that. I really hope this happens as Gtown-SU in early March should be JB's last home game.

I'm not sure how I feel about giving JTIII the chance to say "JB is now closed".

Syracuse and Georgetown are scheduled to start a four-game series on Saturday, December 5, when the Orange play the Hoyas at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.

The series will continue for the next three seasons with games in the Carrier Dome in 2016-17 and 2018-19 and another contest at the Verizon Center in 2017-18.

I am just going with the CBS article which was just written. I hope a PS writer or somebody who can verify can ask SU.

It just makes sense if we can get Gtown to be the last home game for JB we attempt. I think Gtown would be open to amending for this reason as if each side gets equal home games the year really doesn't matter.
