Iowa State vs. UVA

We did this last week -- and since they tip before we do:

Gonzaga will be a very difficult game and in case we do win, who do we want to see?

UVA: I feel like we owe them one and I feel very comfortable going against them -- moreso than Kansas or Oklahoma

Iowa State: A rookie HC on a 2 day turn around with no "legit" big man and very little depth -- but Niang could beh a huge issue in the middle of the zone.

I think we root for ISU..when it comes down to it Gonzaga might be a scarier game than either of them though. Thoughts?

I don't think it is even close, quite honestly. Why play a team that has owned us so far and is familiar with the style we play?

Virginia is going to wipe the floor with Iowa State so it doesn't matter what we want.

I just want to see Syracuse in the regional championship game on Sunday. Gonzaga is no joke.

I like and respect the heck out of the Virginia program and Tony Bennett. I hate that Virginia is in our region. With all this said I hope Iowa State upsets them so if we win we can actually play a non-ACC team.

I'm not picking on you (a fellow Eagles fan) - honest question - what is lost or gained by who we focus on as fans?

I get the team not looking past Gonzaga, but I fail to see the downside for fans.

Some people like to look ahead. Guess it is a personal preference. What is your thoughts on Eagles offseason? I like Pederson already. Breathe of fresh air from snobby Chip Kelly. So happy I do not have to watch that little gnome anymore. Feel bad for SF fans..

Last year was super depressing. Chip cashed harder than any coach I remember. Liked some of the offseason moves.
