does one of the ESPN cameras at the garden make red look orange. I first noticed it last night during the Louisville game; their jerseys almost looked Tennessee orange. It's just one of their lower angle cameras though. I just noticed the same thing during the Cincinnati highlights.

Noticed same thing here. Cincy's socks looked orange...L'Ville looked orange.

Cincy was wearing those new jerseys today, it's more of a bright red, makes it look orange.

But yeah I noticed it a lot with Ville tonight as well.

I'm thinking it's a lighting issue with certain shades of red as opposed to a camera issue. The espn.com front page currently has a still camera photo from the game & the 'ville uniforms look orange.

Thanks for posting this. I just changed the bulb in my projection tv and certain folks in my household tonight watching the Louisville game were convinced that I had screwed up somehow and that was causing the red jerseys to look orange. I explained that I have a college degree (albeit from a NEC school) and was fully capable of changing a lightbulb without complications. I convinced no one.

I think it's the court lighting combined with the paint on the court that is doing it. Or maybe, the whole world is turning orange, a little bit at a time.

The Vile uniforms were a new shade of red called "Infared". Cincy had orange trim and orange socks. This is what happens when you sign deals with the sneaker companies. Mayhem.
