Their story seems a bit similar to Syracuse's in that they had a really good loyal coach for decades and hen when he retired thy hired from within instead of building off of that success by hiring a real coach. They eventually lost momentum. I really hope Syracuse does not go that way but other than history I'm not really sure what Syracuse offers recruits.
