Is it too early to think about replacing the quarterback?

No. But it's it's too early to actually do it.

Is it too early to think about replacing the OC?

Yes. Actually it's too late. He's going to be our OC for the rest of the season. It's too early to judge him.

Is it too early to think about replacing the head coach?

Yes, by at least 3 years.

Asked and answered. Next question.

Actually I agree with your 2nd, and 3rd points, but for the QB, he has shown no leadership out there, and for a QB that is a big problem. He may look the part, but so far appears to lack the it factor a good QB needs.

Anything to jumpstart this offense. I personally think our skill players are vastly overrated. Most of them are young and unproven. Sure the coaches deserve some blame (again) but there was no contest between Northwestern's skill players and ours. It was clear as day watching them on the field and certainly almost all of Northwestern from a physique/look test. Hunt could provide another weapon with his feet. I think we need this desperately.

SWC has brought up the excellent point of splitting the time at QB the next two games with Allen and hunt. Then apples will be compared to apples.

I think out skill players (Jerome, Estime, Broyld) match up very well with theirs. QB was the issue.

We can agree to disagree.

Agreed. Keep in mind our best skill players don't match up right now - but they are as talented. Just missing reps.

Broyld is no better at this point than a 50/50 to even catch a pass thrown to him, Estime has not shown enough in the limited action he has seen to say what kind of impact he will have I dont think he has great hands either but need to see more of him. Clark is the best all around receiver on the team nice hands and speed and moves, lacks size. Would like to see more of Moore to make a judgement on him.

Having said that the offensive line is suspect for either QB , Foy for the first 2-3 series yesterday was abused totally and may have been the worst OL i have ever seen. The line is small by today's standards and does not seem to get push and I think thats why you see some of the problems with the running game and in fact some of the reason for passing game and I thin k either QB will have constant happy feet if the OL does not improve. I think the OL was the main reason the plays were cut down,

We don't know that. Northwestern showed it on the field.

I'd like to get them the ball as efficiently as Northwestern did before I conclude that our guys are inferior. I think they beat us on the delivery system more than the payload.

He went 29-41 for nearly 300 yards. If it wasn't for all the picks, that's a great game. He was trying to force throws because we were behind. His decision making will improve when he watches the film. Give him a couple more weeks before you throw him under the bus.

Nassib wasn't Nassib until the beginning of his junior year, and even then the wheels fell off the bus at mid-season and we lost our last 4 or 5 games that year, after beating highly ranked West Virginia.
