Is there anyway if Syracuse if found guilty of a cover up that the ACC could pull the offer based on a breach of fiduciary responsibility during the due dil process?

It's a done deal.

Geez, this board needs help.
Im not saying it isnt im saying that if a contract is entered into and it is later found that one of the parties has lied about a significant salient fact that the contract can be voided

Could the ACC vote out a member? Like how the Big East voted out Temple for football a bunch of years back?

I don't know I'm just askin?

If the ACC didn't kick out Miami afer their recent booster issues, they won't kick anyone out.

Besides, Temple failed to meet BE attendance minimums, and they were only a partial member to begin with.

Booster issues and potential molestation by a coach are 2 very different things though. Paying a bunch of players money and giving them yacht party's and hookers is one thing and having a coach touch underage children...... those aren't exactly equal. One is far worse than the other.

Yes, the ACC is going to rescind their offer to us, blowing up their rengotiated media deal in the process. Absolutely, this is what they will do.

Not blowing it up. They could EASILY replace us with UCONN or Rutgers in like 3 seconds.

No, they couldn't. The deal they are renegotiating is for Syracuse and Pitt, not UConn and Pitt or Rutgers and Pitt. The ACC membership voted for Syracuse, not UConn and not Rutgers.

Conferences don't give out invites like birthday party favors. Well, aside from the Big East they don't.

Actually Miami's situation is worse because everyone there was involved. So far ours is just one person acting on their own. The actual crime is much much worse. But the university's crime is much worse in Miami's case.

If the current administration participated in a cover up the ACC could and just might take action

I heard it's already in the works. They're in discussions with Penn State about taking our place.

Will the ACC also sever ties with ESPN and go to NBC? Because ESPN had the same info as SU did.

Yes, we participated in a cover-up when we knew that ESPN and the PS already had wind of the story. Maybe we just asked them for their notes on how they were covering the the story up.

Was the thread created a week ago or so with the same topic not sufficient enough?
