And he really wasn't fighting for grant to come back maybe ennis who he was right about.  And look at McCullough he was all world the first 7 games now hes the 4th-5th best player on the team all of a sudden, and none of us saw that coming, but JB did.

Plus in Ennis situation, its pretty clear we are missing a pg this year big time. JB also recruits you for the good of the team not headcases to desert the team when they need you the next year( Ennis was not a headcase). Kaleb is good but still only a fresh, with ennis we have 6-8 less turnovers a game and maybe one against pressure. Plus Ennis was never getting more athletic, he would have became a better scorer and a more physical player had he stayed a second year, and learned alot more.

Ennis was a freshmen, freshmen A) aren't up to the speed of the game, and B) lack some physicallity 95% of the time. And when you get to the nba those 2 get much worse. Someone did a stat 2-3 years ago and something like only 8 of the rookies were actually playing.

I have never seen JB say a JR-Senior should come back another year only freshmen and sophs. Which is always a legitimite gripe.
