You can bring your own thermometer or judge it by how cold it feels to you.

According to this report (2008) the recommended temp is 38 degrees.

Here's another interesting video it shows in time lapse the Dome filling with fans then emptying out.

The Dome 4.5 hours in 1 minute

Dome Foam, being of course that turrible swill BudLight (sorry Howard Triche), should not be consumed at any temperature in this posters humble opinion.

There is still the good stuff by ailse 118 right?

For the record, a good IPA should be about 48.

Anyone who drinks "Ice Cold Guiness" should have a line of goats (or Stevie Nicks) kick them in the nards. Stouts should be consumed at 55-60.

My homebrews rarely see a fridge. The ambient basement temp is just fine.

I will go ahead and get off my soapbox now

They converted one of the concession stands near 101, which now has a number of decent beers. It also has wings and steak sandwiches. Can't remember what exactly was on the menu though.

Also, section 118 has about a dozen craft beers and pulled pork sandwiches. I usually throw down a couple dogfish heads or a southern tier IPA before tip.
