And some coaches recruit better than others because they are more charismatic or just sell better.

Of course coaches matter, but it appears that our problem right now is that we just don't have enough good players.

How that conclusion is comparable to how another poster feels about the use of two RBs is beyond me.

Dino has been given more money, a bigger staff, better facilities and a long term contract - he will continue to receive better funding.

He and his coaches have to raise the talent level of this team.
