I prefer more guys that can get base hits with a bit of regularity withe big RISP statistic. Tex must have left over a hundred base runners stranded with his swing and a miss HR swing. He never really put this season together. Sure he had impressive HR and rbi numbers bu that doesn't tell the whole story. Everyone loves his glove and defense. He must have saved over a hundred runs with his ability to pick up the ball on bad throwsfrom the infield and great stops off the bat.
