At this point in time, it just looks like we are not consistently executing enough wire to wire. Breakdowns at critical times are killing us. On Marrone? I'm not sure as guys make the plays all game long and then someone will fail when it kills the team. He has only so many choices. He can bench the kid and bring in someone who likely is worse or he can rant and rave at the kid. Penalties and technical execution seem to be matters of discipline, to me. Getting beat by a better player is just that. More talented players win those battles at critical times.
 
For me, I want to give Doug until next year is finished. Hate to say it, but his career as HCDM may rest on whoever is tossing the ball around next year.
