Now if he looks awesome in all of the pre bowl practices when getting a bunch of reps and balls out in the bowl game then I can see us possibly rolling with Jakhari. Otherwise i'm getting a 1 year starting caliber QB in the portal again as Its too risky not to. I mean after Jakhari we have Michael Johnson and a true freshman in Carney. And unless he looks amazing in the bowl, we shouldn't have a problem keeping Jakahari if we bring in a 1 year guy. He should know he has a good oportunity to start the following year as a Soph and the ability to compete for the job as a RS Frosh. Is he really going to get a better opportunity than that elsewhere? We need to win as many games as we can next year despite the tough schedule. We can't have a disastrous season. We have to keep up the optimistic outlook of what Fran is doing.
