I think Winston deserved the Heisman but it's shocking to me that he's only 14th in the country in total offense. Manziel is amazing.  first last year, second this year. Winston's 1st per play though.

This is surprising too.  2 guys had higher Yards per play since 07.  Kellen Moore (ok i get that) but the highest was Zach Collaros in 2009.  Very few guys crack 9 per play.  Winston Mariotta Russell Wilson, Moore, Collaros (fluke? not that many games), Bradford,

I wonder what Manziel and Winston would do if they switched teams.  I don't know what to think.  Winston is a giant upgrade over Manuel and Ponder but do those guys show how great the supporting cast is at FSU?  Manuel and Ponder both stink and they came out of college looking pretty good.

If you try to correct for number of plays, Russell Wilson rates pretty high.  (NC State has the worst coaches - it's unbelievable how little they get from good QBs)

the trend of QBs getting over 8 yards a play is pretty amazing.
