I live in Durham, NC so I went to check out the Bobcats vs. Mavs preseason game in Greensboro. I met up with James Southerland whom which I was friends with while at 'Cuse. Needless to say, James is a class act. One of the nicer guys I've met, and loves SU. While we were talking, Fab Melo came over and it was a nice 'Cuse reunion.

The Bobcats are thin at SF and need shooters. Really hoping for the best for James.

Have to say Fab got mop up time, but played VERY impressive. He developed a low post move and had a nice fade away. On one play he STUFFED Cody Zeller and threw Zeller to the floor. It was awesome to see.

Actually has a chance at getting playing time with that team if I had to guess. Dalembert not only isn't very good, but he also misses 20+ games every year. Would be great to see Fab get some NBA action.

Where do you live in Durham? I used to live on Markham Ave back in the day. I really did love it there.

I go to Duke Law, live right on Erwin Road. Great area but its no SU. There is nothing even close to similar to Marshall Street here.

I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but from the first time i saw an interview with him, he was my favorite player on the team. I'm also hoping for the best for him.

Go check out Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. I'm a big Syracuse fan and I love Marshall Street, but Franklin Street in really nice even if you're not a fan of the Tar Heels... like me.
