Jay's most likely looking at about a 500k-530k signing bonus and a first year salary in the same range. Over the course of four years I believe his salary is worth about 2.8M (3.3M with signing bonus / 4.2M if 5th year is picked up.

Salary basically escalates about 100k a year in his slot. This also does not take into account performance escalators.
