I don't know why JB is going on the attack so often with him, it seems a bit like how he dealt with Rak early in his career (a tad more harsh probably) and it didn't seem to do wonders for Rak, so doubt it does much for McC either.  Who knows though, we don't see what happens in practice.  Either way, it's kind of akin to a teacher calling you up to the front of the entire class to tell you you got an  on your paper.  What's the point?  It's kind of d**k move IMO.
