JB on SVP and Russillo at 2:30PM ET/1:30PM CT

Well he was supposed to be on at that time...sorry to those who tuned in...according to the ESPN Radio page he was scheduled to be on at the above time.

Talking about JS, and going to talk about "the one loss that he will never forget"

35 years of coaching, never had an inel. last year was first. Didnt know that

cant talk about these things. can be worked out, appealable

nothing horrible that JS did. have to go through the process

noone knows how those things work out (appeal process)

4th year, worked way into line up, sacrificed alot. to lose that, you feel bad for the kid. Will do what we have to do, guys get hurt, get in trouble, this happens. no time frame.

Freshman played great on one days notice. Hope a week of practice helps.

School or NCAA thing? "its all related, and has to be worked out.

Losing best 3 point shooter.

one lose that still haunts him

Highschool game, losing a 20 point lead.

Gtown in the garden. Lost the BET.

Keith Smart's shot (people remind him every day)

sorry its not word for word, trying to pretend to work and listen at the same time lol

I listened as well and you nailed it. Well done.

35 years and never an ineligible until last year. Whoever said Bernie used to "take care of these issues" was spot on. We lose Bernie and bam we have 2 ineligibles.

Yea, I thought that part was crazy. Does Coach K ever have these issues? I cant imagine to many other coaches can go that long, be that successful, and not have any ineligibility problems

You just provided more info in a 100 word 60 second summary than Andy Katz has ever provided in any of his hour-long podcasts.

I assume he's referring to academics only?

Wasn't McCroskey ineligible for the first few games?

Earl Duncan and prop 48?

He didnt specify. Just said 35 years without having a player ineligible.

Thanks for info...couldn't listen as I was actually busy working...I know, unusual, right?

I hope he's not going the way of Bobby Knight with his memory. Edelin was ruled ineligible by the NCAA, not SU, for 12 games. Also, McNasty actually sued the NCAA after being suspended for a handful of games.

Maybe he was referring to players being ruled ineligible for academics

Edelin was suspended for playing in a YMCA league, so JB probably meant academically ineligible. Not sure what McNasty was suspended for

YMCA? Wait, does this mean BrnCuse is really Edelin? ;)
