I'm still not even all that sure where the appearance of next-level effort comes from with BB. I know he's a super hard worker. He may also lead D1 in loafing back on a fast breaks.....I know he prolly ain't catching anyone, but he ain't exactly trying either.

Buddy and JG are maybe 20 minute dudes...except when they're on.  Then they are 40 minute dudes - and that's fine with me.  That's not an agenda though...just my thoughts on how pedestrian they are as basketball players.

Finding ways to get them more time on the floor when they're not hitting shots just leaves us with out-of-this-world, off-the-charts type spacing - and a stagnant offense where we just wait it out until the shots are falling.

Trying to "get guys going" that aren't capable of "getting going" outside of awaiting a three to fall,  seems like a risky proposition (if the other defense is AT ALL capable of guarding anyone) that all too often that leads to terrible dry spells that seem to linger (as we wait out the "what if").

Kadary fixes a lot of this by just having a legit PG...as to the rest, we'll see how the minutes shake out.  Perhaps it was just to win THIS game, but we use that excuse a lot, and we don't win as much any more.
