BTW, I picked up some spinach recently, forget the day, it's been a bit of a blur after 4 weeks of being straight edge, lol.  G*d bless holiday breaks and getting to be back at home!  I hope to make more folks happy and less miserable, and sometimes you help remind me to get back on course when Ive lost my way.
