Again, I have to believe that Schwarz has the corroborating evidence that Davis was at both of these events (otherwise he truly is a bad investigative reporter).

Was Davis at the FF because he was the team's ball boy?  If so, wouldn't JB know this?  And if so, that immediately means JB stepped in it and will have to backtrack from this statement or at least amend it.

Was he later at Maui because he was the ball boy or because he was babysitting for Bernie's kids?  What if it is disclosed Bernie's kids were not in Maui, but Davis was?

You see my point here?  JB is reacting emotionally which can have both a good side and a bad side.
