I had the same issues. Had to check my browser settings, there was a feature that blocked external links and videos.

I use safari but found that Instagram was one of the apps needing update. That fixed it.

It's a prank that has been around for a while. Started a few years ago. Someone videos, someone distracts, someone holds up a mini hoop over targets head then someone does the dunk.
