My non-Millennial instincts tell me a couple of things.

1. The NCAA, which really doesn't believe this is a good idea, is charged with figuring out how to implement this or how to appear to be implementing this while at the same time doing its best to undermine it. That's what bureaucracies do when they are told to do something they don't like.

2. When it does get implemented the abuses, loopholes and unintended consequences will become obvious.

3. The lawyers will show up, much like the turkey vultures that show up at the tops of high trees on our street in the winter to feast on the fallen.

4. You and your ilk will bask in the satisfaction of sticking it to the rich and distributing the money to the not rich. While being oblivious to the consequences, none of which can be ascribed to you (in your minds.)
