As the games have gotten more physical. Jesse’s stats in the last 4 ACC games:

8.5 points per game

Shooting 13-32 from the field.

He’s still battling on the boards but the lack of strength and being bullied is really hurting.

Nothing can be done to fix the strength issue this year but quick passing from the inside can open the floor a bit.

He’s not using his legs on his shot attempts. He’s just trying to flip the ball on the rim rather than gather and go up strong. Better off taking the shot slightly further out which a strong base then getting closer and then flipping off balance garbage
