Case in point; check out (if you hadn't seen it) the recent 60 Minutes interview of IU QB, Fernando Mendoza.  He giddily acknowledged being paid 2 million dollars this year, almost in disbelief, at least from my interpretation.

Anyways, I presented a correlation where CEO's, in all probability, are pinching themselves as well.  Albeit, in an exponentially more extreme manner.
