Like I said, hoping to get back to 7 wins next year.   Injuries happen in football but it's not a free pass not should it ever be.  What we have seen the last 7-8 weeks should not be just brushed under the rug when reviewing the head coaches performance.  It's a rough look

The QB room is Fran's doing, he gets the pat on the back for bringing in Kyle McCord and Angeli, he takes the heat for what has been on the field since Angeli got hurt.  Depth mattters and is his responsibility, who should it fall on?
