Getting good players. He can learn the rest. Someone above said, let's get a guy that only gets 3 star kids but coaches them up.  That, would be the end of the program.  Why?  Because change is coming.  Either we are taken to the new world or we will be left behind.  And a 3 star program is 100% going to be left behind.  Right now, we have the A.D. who has enough respect and connections to get us looked at for the next wave coming.  Hopefully, Fran makes that leap and we make it all the way.  Next year will be telling.
