In a lot of ways, this sport has been a huge part of my identity for nearly 15 years. So it is with both excitement and sadness that I've made the decision to leave Inside Lacrosse to pursue a new challenge as Social Media Manager with The Martin Group, a growing, dynamic ad agency with offices in Buffalo and Rochester. I couldn’t be happier for this next chapter and to be returning home to Western New York to be closer to family...

guys like Ty Xander are replaceable. Not sure how you replace John Jiloty, he and Carp have been IL for most of the last 15 years.
